Managed Evolution is an approach based on a large body of practices with defined levels of sophistication designed to be usable right now yet still applicable as you evolve.

The program spells out what to do, and
I'm there to help you do it.

Your managers learn on the job, working hands-on with me to design systems that everyone can see works.
Then they can keep it up and help others do it.

CONSULTING PACKAGES

Start with what you do now and introduce proven practices to take you along a defined path to long-term survivability.
The general practices are implemented within the first week and consulting continues development and mastery of increasingly sophisticated specific practices.
